Given the nature of sealed products in the Trading Card Game (TCG) industry, returns aren’t something we can offer. However, if you receive something damaged or not as described, send us an email at info.xyzcards@gmail.com, and we’ll make things right.

You can request a cancellation before we ship your order, but there’s a 5% cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the non-refundable payment processing charge we incur at the time of purchase.

Send an email to info.xyzcards@gmail.com with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER #…” to initiate the process. Please note we cannot cancel your order once it is shipped.
